Meditate and reflect with the monks at Abbey Cistercienne; The Musee d’Art de Joliette houses the most remarkable collection of religious art; Create your own mandala; Our Lady of the Cape Shrine (2nd largest in North America) offers a place of prayer and reflection. Holistic healing methods shared by the sisters at the Augustine Convent, Health and spirituality session in a longhouse in the Wendake Nation (First Nation’s).
